SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or UK bank holiday, go out on the next working day. Pre-orders ship on the date shown on the product page.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. Orders over £150 ship free on standard; otherwise carriage is calculated at checkout.

International

We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days depending on the destination and its customs processing. Carriage is calculated at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Orders outside the UK may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are payable by you, and are not included in the price at checkout. We cannot calculate them in advance, and refused parcels are returned to us minus the outbound carriage.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not updated for five working days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

We dispatch to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, email us immediately — once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we cannot change it.
