About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. Gustavarian is a trading name operating from London, United Kingdom.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraud — and if we have taken payment we will refund it in full.

Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch rather than fulfil it.

Products

We photograph garments as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colour may differ slightly from the images. Runs are limited and we do not guarantee that a sold-out item will return.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are paid for at checkout and ship on the date stated on the product page. If that date moves we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Gustavarian name, logo, graphics, photography and copy — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
